Siem Reap, known around the world as the home of Angkor Wat, so most people visit the city to explore Cambodia’s most famous temples. There are enough temples in and around the city to fill a week-long trip, but there’s only so many temple visits you can manage before getting ‘templed out’.<\/p>

After Breakfast we leave for south gate visit of Angkor Thom which is also known as Big Angkor, 3km 2walled and moated royal city and was the last capital of the Angkorian Empire, The famous Bayon Temple was an architectural muddle, in part because it was constructed in a somewhat piecemeal fashion for over a century. Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, two and a half meter tall, 300 meter long terrace wall adorned with carved elephants and gradual that spans the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon – huge temple mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas – impressive rite and sandstone pyramid. Terrace of the Leper King is at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants, a double terrace wall with deeply carved nag as, demons and other mythological beings.<\/p>

Afternoon visit Angkor Wat temple, the founder of the temple was Suryavarman II who reined Cambodia from 1113 to 1152 and built the five towers in the 12th century to dedicate to the Hindu God Vishnu. The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys, ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction. Have funny time at bars and pubs at Angkor night market by your own.<\/p>

Enjoy the morning exploring the best Siem Reap market. This private two hour tour will show off the most popular and interesting features while teaching you of the ancient cultural traditions.<\/p>

The tour starts with pickup by your Tuk Tuk driver at 7:00 AM and travels to the popular Phsar Leu market. As the largest market in Siem Reap, that is only a few kilometers from down town, upon the stroll your will learn about the people’s lives.<\/p>

You are welcome to enjoy a breakfast with the local people, roughly the meal can cost as little as $2-$5 for a meal with a coffee. The market can provide many varieties of fruit, meat, vegetables, clothing, groceries and more. Inside you will see rows of sausages hanging, pigs heads lined up, narrow lanes, offal everywhere, it is not a sight for the faint hearted. In a country where there is no refrigeration meat has to be treated in different manners to cater to the people consuming it.<\/p>

Once leaving the market, your guide will proceed to show you around Wat Bo or similar pagodas where local people go to pray or meditate. If touring on the holy days, you will see monks, lay-men and women come to improve their wisdom through Buddhism, and get the opportunity to gain some wisdom yourself.<\/p>

Later in the evening Enjoy a night of boutique cocktail treats in Siem Reap. Make your way around town by tuk tuk to visit some of the coolest new bars, meeting friends and owners along the way.<\/p>

Your first stop will be one of Siem Reap’s most unique outdoor bars. Enjoy a tasty group cocktail together with a creative snack. From here, you will move on to a cute little wine bar to enjoy your second cocktail. Then, cross the river to visit one of the funkiest new spots on the outskirts of town. The last two bars are a little closer to the action; your next stop will be an urban gallery, followed by an old favourite to finish the night.<\/p>

Enjoy a cocktail at each location offering local flavors and displaying masterful mixology. Experience another side of the little temple town!<\/p>
